so your object it to eliminate the gross corruption we have?
Well you wont do it by rearranging politicians.
The final word on what is law and what is not is?
The courts.
This system was designed to protect itself from corruption but people prefer ipods.
and politicians take full advantage of that well known fact.
IF you want to clean up corruption you need to remove the government from the equation by using fully empowered jurys.
In other words the government cannot so much as write you a parking ticket without it coming before a jury every time.
Remove the judges ability to circumvent the jury as it is now, by removing summary judgment from the jurisdiction of the judge.
The jury has the power to determine and judge both the facts and the law.
They can overrule anything that the supreme court or legislature does by no conviction and the 3 branches of government are powerless to "legitimately" change it.
you wanna fix government and see it in your lifetime enforce that for starters.
in other words interpret the constitution from the peoples perspective not the governments as it has been done to date.
