A race that makes up 50% of the prison population makes up 50% of the exonerations. In order to be exonerated, you have to be incarcerated first.
That's pretty much right in line with expectations. Meaning, blacks are exonerated at a rate equal to their incarceration rate. Nothing to see there.
However, due to the imperfection in our justice system, and ANY chance that someone on death row could be innocent, and history has proven that to be true NUMEROUS times, I am 100% against the death penalty.
In order to be exonerated, the incarceration must be proven to be false. Meaning that the people should never have been incarcerated in the first place. You don't seem to understand that. You just need to learn how to ace the truth white ---. The president is a white --- who should be incarcerated right now. Had he been black and convicted of 34 felonies, he'd be sitting in prison, and losers like you would be talking about blacks in prison. Meanwhile, whites who should be in prison are not because of the racism in the system.
70 percent of the arrests every year are on whites, and the majority of arrests for violent crimes and felony crimes are on whites. Given these facts, the prisons should not be 50 percent black.
You get paid for fixing planes not analyzing data to make determinations about social behavior. I was paid to analyze such data, and to determine approaches to human problems. I was paid to look at cases, then assess the things that created deviant social behavior and solutions to reduce that behavior. You argue, based on your opinion, and your opinion is colored by your racism. The evidence you have been shown tells you that your opinion is wrong, and no matter how much you try telling me your uneducated opinion on relative to sociology, it will still be wrong. Now, if you were talking about an issue pertaining to the mechanical operation of a plane, I would be foolish to tell you that the evidence you show pertaining to that problem is wrong. But this is what you white stooges try doing in these discussions. You don't know what you're talking about, and you have grown up believing a set of lies that you refuse to stop believing.
There is no such thing as white supremacy. White people are no better than anyone else. The history and present of this country show that whites have been the most violent, crooked an devious population. Many whites have been able to accept that record and honestly work to change that by trying to make opportunities available equally for all people. Then there are MAGATS., who have lived in a lie, and have created a lie whereby whites are the victim of discrimination because they can't get everything they want all of the time. In the case presented in the OP, we see an entire police department that was willfully violating the constitutional rights and liberty of black citizens who pay their salaries because they believe the same lie you do.
