So basically, endogenous personality means someone whose personality/disposition...etc comes from within, rather than from external sources. Apparently a lot of geniuses have this personality type.

You've misinterpreted the phrase. Everyone has endogenous and exogenous personality traits. Nobody is all one of the other.

The endogenous personality is a concept coined by the former evolutionary psychology professor Bruce Charlton to describe a particular personality type he claims is associated with genius.
