Both of those examples are unfounded claims designed to trash them in the press, not based on fact.

But getting back to the topic in the OP:

Only in your mind.

He was found "Liable" in civil court, which is just a popularity contest.

If he had actually committed a crime they would have tried him in criminal court.

The only conviction he's had was a BS prosecution over a document error, which will quickly be overturned on appeal.
