Employee is stealing from me

On Monday , I was looking through my inventory and crossing it to my computer receipts
I immediately saw what I did not want to believe

My employee is stealing cash and not ringing it up
. He knows I am in a weak physical state and my mind is not at work he is not even conspicuous about it .

I missed 3 days of work last week and he must have pocked hundreds

When I am not at work he also blasts loud rap music and talks on phone
I saw the videos
