One good thing the Emmys do is break through the silos of viewership and inform you of other great shows that you're not watching. Ted Lasso and Succession were two such shows I didn't watch when they first came out. Now? It's appointment television for the most part.

I loved Northern Exposure and we have the entire series on DVD that we'll watch on occasion. We found ourselves in Roslyn on one of our wanderings over that way.The last TV I really liked was "Northern Exposure" because my husband and I worked for the show.
After that, I watched "StarTrek: DS9" for the whole run.
X-Files was good.

Abbott Elementary is not new. It has a season under its belt and it SUCKS.
