Most of us know that a Judge has stopped Elon and his Kids from Accessing Treasury Dept records.

Because..... Okay -- Because..... :dunno:

The Stop Order -- "U.S. District Judge Paul A. Engelmayer's order issued early Saturday morning restricted access to Treasury Department payment systems and other data to "all political appointees, special government employees, and government employees detailed from an agency outside the Treasury Department."

Okay. So now, the Treasury Secretary can't access Treasury records?

Maybe Elon is right -- "A corrupt judge protecting corruption. He needs to be impeached NOW!" Musk posted early Sunday on X

Judge has no jurisdiction....Ignore him.
I agree OMB should ignore him but he does have jurisdiction.

I say, Pam Bondi should sic the dogs on him and see how a vigorous investigation works out.

Then, starting next week, Kash can put an FBI tail on him 24/7. See how he stands up to it.

He won't. Survive it, I mean. dimocraps are thieving scum. Every last one of them. You scratch the surface and you'll find plenty of reason to impeach him. Believe it.

If not him, his Wife. Or his Brother or Sister. Roll them all up at once? It's how they work anyway. It's never just one person in a dimocrap scum crime family, it's the whole family. Always. It's why they call it a crime 'family'

Name how he has jurisdiction over the authority of Article 2 powers.

He's a Federal Judge. I just don't know what else to tell you. He has Jurisdiction. Period.

I think his order will be blocked first thing Monday Morning. If it isn't, the shit will hit the fan.

That idiot just barred the Treasury Secretary from accessing treasury records. Read it. That's what it says.

Now, other corrupt scumbag dims will come back and say, "That's not what he meant!" But, clearly, it is.

dimocraps aren't just scum -- They're stupid

Being a federal judge doesn't give you jurisdiction over the whole fucking world.

There are clearly Article 2 powers and he has no jurisdiction.

You're wrong. He clearly does --

The correct question is -- "Should he have jurisdiction?"

I say, "Yes!". The problem is in having corruption in the judiciary, not the judiciary itself. dimocraps scum-up everything they touch.

If Republicans had any balls (they absolutely do NOT) they'd drag him in front of the Judiciary Committee or introduce articles of impeachment.

Write your Congressman. Mine is Byron Donalds and he is more than willing to impeach dimocrap scumbag Judges

Well, no.

The Judiciary is part of the 'checks and balances' in our constitution. They act as a check against abuse by the legislature and the executive.

Clearly, there is no corruption going on and this judge will get shot down straight away, but he does have authority, albeit a minor one.

He'll get shot down on the matter of his lack of jurisdiction over Article 2 powers.

That's the point.

Read it again: and government employees detailed from an agency outside the Treasury Department."

Those working for Treasury are not detailed from an agency outside of the Treasury Department. And still have the access they had before the court order.

The Treasury has seven bureaus. They are the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau, Bureau of Engraving & Printing, Bureau of the Fiscal Service, Financial Crimes Enforcement Network, Internal Revenue Service, Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, and U.S. Mint.

Nah. His “order” was written lazily and is devoid of merit. But another judge will be handling the case soon enough.

The restraining order will soon enough be dissolved.

These petty ass obstacles will all eventually be removed.

One thing is clear. Englemeyer’s determination that the plaintiff States are more likely than not to prevail, ultimately, on the “merits” of their claims is fantasy.

The best-known power of the Supreme Court is judicial review,

The Court established this doctrine in the case of Marbury v. Madison (1803).

Pointless.

The government already knew. They can’t “unknow” what they have already learned.

This isn’t about disclosing to outsiders the private information of people. It’s — instead — entirely about the government getting its shit together and finding out where and how public funds have been improperly spent.

How is this judge going to stop them?

What a challenge.

Watch the judiciary find out what is criminal with Musk.
