The Senate and House Republican Leaders want the Head of RNC to be Trump's Chief of Staff. The President-Elect did not have a lot of support from Republican leaders before the election. They now want to steal it back from the Independents and Democrats supportive of Trump. Clinton's popular vote lead doubled since the day after the election, already.

Clinton Up Almost 400K In Popular Vote

What triggered the Trump rally on Wall Street is likely what triggered the Trump rally in the pro-Democrat Blue States all day Tuesday. "Infra-structure Spending" helped U. S. manufacturing stocks, which employ U. S. labor, which creates machines for construction U. S. Labor. Likely the Republican leadership is not on board with that, but easily the incoming White House now picks up where Obama-Biden absolutely failed their own party.

Recall ObamaCare: Week after week, month after month, year after year(?)! Lehman Brothers and U. S. stocks had collapsed. The most famous of the "Infrastructure Spending Projects" of the Obama Administration that I saw: Was a project to install new roofs on some crappers at parks near famous U. S. Ski Resort, Mammoth Mountain.

The Midwest likely finally discovered that Democratic liberals were too rich for them! The two biggest losers in the election could be said the two major political party leaderships. Clinton likely shifted left, into the losing pitch of Bernie Sanders. "Weak on Message" happened.

I have no idea what the point of this thread was supposed to be but I'm pretty sure a PE --- or any office holder --- picks his own chief of staff.

The only reason Trump will create a Leans Republican White House is to get past the two federal legislatures. In the alternative, it is easier for Trump to bypass the Republicans, in the federal legislatures, since there are now more Democrats in both houses.

He can pull in Senator Sessions types in both houses, in a coalition with the Democrats: To get what Trump proposed that created the election, and the Trump stock rally.
