I did my own research ... these are the rightful Trump electors ... the State of Georgia chose to send the rightful Bidet electors instead ...

These rightful Trump electors committed a crime ... something about signing a form they weren't legally allow to ... they aren't "fake", they just weren't allowed to vote in the College ... and they committed a crime in trying to do so ...

The candidates chose their own electors and the same are (typically) submitted when the candidate files with the Sec of State's office ... though Georgia skips some steps, the State only chooses the candidate, only then are the electors from the winning candidate are allowed to sign the Electoral College ballots ... it's illegal for anyone else to sign ... thus these real honest-to-God people who Trump selected committed a crime, they're not fake since Trump submitted their names when Georgia law required him too ... most state require this on average a year before the election ...

It helps to study the history of the Electoral College ... the Holy Roman Emperor was elected in this matter, except only certain hereditary offices were allowed to vote ... for example the Margraviate of Brandenburg was given a vote in the late 14th Century through the end of the Holy Roman Empire in 1806 ...

It seems that your only real contention is the use of the word fake here. If that is the contention I fail to see any real point. This is a semantic problem and the commission of the crime is what actually matters not what term we use colloquially to refer to the crime. Call it whatever you like, illegal acts were committed and the DA feels that their cooperation will lead to convicting someone that is higher up. If Trump was directing these people to illegally sign the document then he has culpability. If not then it will not matter.
