What a difference three months makes.

Since President Trump took office, economists have dramatically slashed estimates for growth while raising them for inflation and unemployment.

The main reason, according to respondents to The Wall Street Journal’s quarterly survey of economists: tariffs.

When the Journal last surveyed economists, from Jan. 10 to 14, they were unsure about many aspects of Trump’s policies, including tariffs, immigration restrictions and tax cuts. But they had to weigh that uncertainty against an economy that had consistently outperformed expectations.

The shift in economists’ outlook reflects that Trump is pushing his trade policies further than almost anyone imagined three months ago.

Leave it to the Felon in Chief. He has singlehandedly crashed, not only the US economy, but the World economy. The man is an economic wrecking ball. But who is surprised? He is the King of Business Failures. But he is not doing it alone. He is getting a lot of help from the jailbird, Navarro. Let these guys have 3 and 3/4 more years, and we all will be seeking help from the UN food relief.
Stop shilling for China, 10s of millions of lives are at stake.

America wins and you remain free or China wins and you and your next of kin become permanent slaves, or worse...

Make your choice.

Turn back the clock 30 years ago and NO ONE would have predicted how powerful and unaccountable China would have been. Sending poisons to murder your citizens? Sure, go ahead China.

Send a virus around the globe that kills millions and even send their citizens to other nations to spread the misery? Sure go ahead China, we dont want to upset you.

Spy balloons over your nation? Opening up police stations? Demanding students spy for the MSS and take photos of your military bases? Publicly threatening to hack your infrastructure? This, after hacking all phones of multipel carriers>

Yep, who would be crazy enough to believe China would start WWIII?

Read history. Mao was angry at Kruchev for avoiding a nuclear war when they moved missiles to Cuba. Abolute power corrupts absolutely

China has been a powerhouse before the US had a European shitting on it.

I thought we were supposed to hate the Chinese, now you want to play politically correct?
I dont dislike the Chinese, I disagree with communism, poisoning of Americans and exploitation of WTO trade rules.

I respect the Chinese people. They are resourceful and hard working, I've never disliked ANY group of people in any nation. I dislike systems and the powerful who violate G-ds Laws, natural laws. Dignity, due process, accountable government, transparency, right to self determination etc.

That is not how one prepares oneself for a war.

Tell that to the families of the 100,000 Americans a year who die due to the poisoning that is sent into your country. Or those who died of covid.

Sorry, but I think about these people, many who died often without even knowing that it was laced with these poisons. It is pure evil. These radical cowboys must be dealt with and Trump is the sheriff in town assigned the task.

A 400% tariff would indeed be more fair. In addition to the forcing out of any company who does not adhere to the same laws and regulations that all other companies on U.S Exchanges must adhere to.

I am a peaceful man. Peaceful men shouldnt bow to those who spread misery and death to others, thus, I wont and I never will.

Still pushing this crap?

We survived Biden’s abysmal economy. The economy under President Trump will be booming.

Maybe not for your beloved international corporations that have sweatshops overseas, but the rest will be much better off.

Sure. The sweatshops will be brought to the US, where no doubt they'll be even sweatier.

Good. If it allows the enemies of Americas the inability to expand their military and send poisons to your shores, this is a great outcome.

I'm tired of nations who are full of hate and exploitation. Who hate Christian, Jews, really anyone of peaceful existence and faith. I don't care if its China or Canada, they must be called out and held accountable. If not, cowards will win the day and I despise cowards.

Well, it will increase the inequality of wealth distribution, but I know that is a plus for your crazed mind. You can take vicarious satisfaction when corporations bring sweatshops back to the US.

So someone is better off not working, or are they better off having the dignity of work and money in their pockets?
