Ebola and why do we still have a Dept of "Homeland Security"?

The idea behind the Department of Big Brother was to prevent a terrorist from sneaking in a suitcase nuke or a vial of a pathogen into the USA. Clearly, that's not it's job. They are absolutely NOWHERE to be seen in the Ebola outbreak, which is fine with me too. Despite warning from the Russians, the Boston Bombers carried out their attack and the only place we saw HSA was here
