So how dumb are criminals? I can start with this example;


"According to Baytown police, Debra Ake, Julie Todd and Kenneth Wright came into the police department on Wednesday at around 10 a.m. to report Xanax had been stolen.

An officer noticed all three had slurred speech, difficulty keeping their eyes open and impaired balance. All three were given a field sobriety tests and failed. They were arrested."

One that came instantly to mind was one of the suspects in the '93 World Trade Center bombing:
