Some reports suggest that Josh Duggar was sent to the Institute in Basic Life Principles, a ministry and adolescent training program founded by Bill Gothard, who was a family friend of the Duggars. Bill Gothard was ousted from the institute on allegations of sexual harassment and failing to report cild sexual abuse.
