Here is the thing though, we do have particular laws that so few know, yet all the time posters operate as were they legal experts. There is a law addressing illegals saying illegals commit felonies by entering the USA. They may be protected by Mexico's laws but are totally illegal in the USA.

Due to high attorney fees, being charged by the Government (with endless funds), means a lot of innocent people take a guilty plea only due to lacking funds to keep paying lawyers to defend themselves.
