Bucees is a very safe, famous chain of retail gas stations known for being truck stock like in number of pumps, restrooms, and food you can get. They do not allow trucks or RVs (I think on the RVs).

They do not allow commercial big rigs. I could be wrong but I don't think they allow RVs either.

I must be confusing it with another place that's like this. They had showers, sauna's, tv rooms for truckers to relax and take a break from the road. And a restaurant inside. Amazing place.

Yes that sounds like a QT, Loves, or Pilot Travel: aka traditional truck stop. I like to stop at those more than Bucees as they are usually easier to get in and out of. They usually have a patch of grass for doggoes as well (as does Bucees).
