That is a false claim.
There is no evidence that mRNA technology can ever create an immune response that gets stored into long term T-cell immunity memory.
There is no doubt that injections of mRNA will get our own cells to start producing spike proteins, and that the immune system response to these excess spike proteins by releasing large amounts of antibodies.
But antibodies are not a strong immune response, and is generally the kind of response you would expect simply to clean up detected debris.
And antibodies of this sort do NOT at all prevent infection.
All they do is reduce symptoms, to the point people may not realize they have been infected.

The "incontrovertible evidence" is that these mRNA injections that stimulate antibody production, seem to no longer work after 6 months. And given the high risk these mRNA injections bring, that is not at all a viable strategy.

There is not a single epidemiologist who can or has been able to explain how mRNA vaccines can possibly work. These mRNA injections just start our own cells growing extra spike proteins. But these corona spike proteins have to be exactly what our ACE2 receptors sites require, or else they would not work. They have to be identical to our own exosome spike proteins, that are also used to open our cell's ACE2 receptor sites. So how can we train our immune system to identify and attack spike proteins that our own body creates and uses constantly? Makes no sense at all.

The important point is that temporarily preventing infection does not do any good.
As long as there are people who do not have permanent T-cell immunity, then the epidemic can not end.
And that means using these temporary boosters to ward off infection is just making the epidemic last forever, killing the largest number of people possible.

I tried to look into this in more detail, and Kiryas Joel is a Hassidic community in NY that has an alarming infection rate.
The fact they want to claim lower infection rates so that they can continue their weekly religious meetings, makes it not clear who is telling the truth?

But Zelenko is correct that the 3 drugs he is pushing for covid, hydroxychloroquine, zinc sulfate and azithromycin, are ALL FDA approved.
Just not specifically ever evaluated by the FDA as a combination for covid.

If it drew Trump's attention, the most important thing is to document how Zelenko's treatment was being described for the rest of Homo sapiens. The most important thing to document is if the timing of hydroxychloroquine was correctly described to humanity. It has to already be inside the organism when the virus arrives, or shortly before: only an 8-10 hour time window. It fails if given later than that time window. The knowledge about that window was spoken to Homo sapiens in May of 2000 at an international meeting in Philadfelphia. No Homo sapiens has publicly mentioned this historical fact to ex-President Trump, who apparently took hydroxychloroquine for the virus. When did he take hydroxychloroquine? Before the virus infected him or after?
