As usual, the public has been distracted by the shiny object. Even back and chest tattoos that say MS-13 are not 100 percent "proof" of gang membership. I disagree with Trump drawing attention to the knuckle tattoos. What matters were Garcia's court appearances when he was deemed an MS-13 gang member and ordered to deport several years ago. There also needs to be a Congressional hearing with Chris Wray and the Tennessee ICE authority explaining why Garcia was released after being caught with 8 undocumented illegals in a van he didn't own.
