The MS-13 thing is a red herring in my mind. He wasn’t here legally, so he needs to go, immediately and permanently. Simple as that.

The invaders have all had plenty of time to go. Instead of being focused on deporting them, we should be focused on killing them. If you kill a few hundred of them, they will self-deport.

He was deported, legally, under the Aliens and Enemies Act. Under that act, withholding rulings are negated....by law.
