Earnest also said that 'based on what we know now' there would be no indictment of Hillary Clinton.

Not true. Many documents are classified the second they are created. Take spy satellite photos, for instance, some of which were found in Hillary's emails. Most discussions about official state department business are classified. Hillary knew that. She didn't give a shit.
