We're NOT spending more on infrastructure...Exactly the opposite as the past 4 years have been the smallest percentage of gdp of the past 30 years in said funding. Same with most of my i,s, r, e I keep speaking of. Trump also has been stating that at least 4-5 trillion of that debt is from the iraq war. Major cluster ****!
