Donald Trump Trial Coverage Tomorrow

No need to wait.

I'm saying it will be an unfair trial now.

We just saw an unfair trial in New York where there was no victim, no crime, a summary judgement by a judge with no trial on the charges...no evidence presented by the plaintiff until the sentencing phase. And the supposedly defrauded banks testifying for Trump.

Then we had a fake trial over a 30 year old allegation that the New York legislature specifically changed the law to allow... where the allegations were ridiculous...there were NO WITNESSES...there was no evidence...the accuser claimed she was wearing a dress that didn't exist at the time...welcome to New York.

So...how many times could I walk up to you claiming I wasn't going to harm you, but kicked you square in the balls before you'd start expecting a kick in the balls no matter what promises I made?

Once? ...Ok.

Twice? ... You're a fool.

If you don't believe you're getting a boot to the nutsack by the third time...just jump off a fucking cliff, because you're just honestly too stupid to justify stealing oxygen from the rest of us.

Get it? Good...cuz I can't dumb it down any further without being placed in a medically induced coma.
Any excuse is a good one I guess. if NY finds Trump not guilty I hope you will not be a hypocrite and still claim the trial was unfair.

Evidence is evidence is it not?
That's like saying "people are people, so all people are good". It's senseless.

The only Republican "evidence" against Biden in those congressional hearings came from commie spies. There's zero hard evidence of any sort against him. There's only a pack of liars claiming they had evidence, which is an entirely different thing, given that they couldn't actually produce any evidence.

And you were good with that.

Just illustrating our positions. You're fine with lies, we're not.

Cohen got 15 months. Trump directed him. Now if you can put 2 and 2 together, you'd realize all the prosecutors have to do is to show trump directed Cohen because it's already been found that illegal payments were made. This is a pretty simple case. Of course Trump WILL NOT take the stand in his defense for good reason.
Cohen got fifteen months for lying, tax evasion, and excessive campaign contributions. Trump is not charged for any of that, so it is irrelevant to the New York case. Read the indictment, for Pete's sake.

Interesting you don’t think the people of Missouri are able to come up with a judgment based on facts.
If juries could just set aside their biases, there would never been a process for change of venue.

So why do courts change the locations of trials?

I'll give you a hint.

It's because they don’t believe the people are able to come up with a judgment based on facts.

I would say that this trial would be dismissed awfully quickly, but we're dealing with a New York jury here. Thoughts and prayers towards Trump as he deals with all of the liberal bias.

quotes:

The judge, Juan M. Merchan, began by announcing his decision to remain on the case, rejecting Mr. Trump’s effort to oust him.

Mr. Trump, who is charged with falsifying documents to conceal a sex scandal involving a porn star in 2016, has twice sought Justice Merchan’s recusal, citing his daughter’s work as a Democratic political consultant. But Justice Merchan has declined to step aside, noting a ruling by a judicial ethics commission that found his daughter’s work posed no conflict for him.

“There is no agenda here,” Justice Merchan said, adding, “we want to follow the law, we want justice to be done.”

Then, in a ruling that favored the former president, Justice Merchan rejected the prosecution’s request to introduce accusations of sexual assault that women lodged against Mr. Trump years ago. The judge called it “complete rumors, complete gossip,” adding that it’s “not fair.”

Did our founding fathers always change venues?

Is there any evidence against Trump in this case that won’t come from Shyster Cohen?

I’m especially wondering about the specific crime of falsifying a record. Who will say that they saw Trump making entries into a ledger?

I think it's funny that you appear to be thinking that FPOTUS#45 had to hold the pen to enter into a ledger.

But come to think of it his signature is on the check.

Examples?

I was picturing him hunched over a computer keyboard squinting at the excel form. But you could be just as credible if you claim he used a quill pen on parchment. By just as credible, I mean, not credible at all, to think that Donald Trump personally made entries into a ledger. I’m just wondering who is going to testify to that obviously false claim.

We know Cohen doesn’t mind lying.
But come to think of it his signature is on the check.

No, it isn’t. Cohens is. Trump’s signature is not even on the nondisclosure agreement, not even using the pseudonym did Donald Trump sign that. This was a Michael Cohen deal from start to finish.

Michael Cohen is a proven liar, so putting him on the stand would be a big mistake.

What is he going to say? OK, OK, but this time I’m telling the truth?

But yet they're only doing something about it now during election year and you don't find that interesting?
Well, that goes for all of the things they bring against trump…like the New York Letitia James trial…decades of supposed crimes…yet only after James vows to sue Trump, and in an election cycle, does it come up.

Hmmmm. 🤔

Who signed the check to stormy Daniels? Those are checks from Trump to the guy. He thought was his attorney but it turned out to be a scumbag ConMan you know just kind of people Democrats sink make incredible with this.
Cohen went to jail for Trump
