No way is Trump senile. I've heard the left accuse him of being a lot of things over the last 8 years: That he's sleepy, unintelligent, lazy, unpatriotic, fat, that he has small hands, that he's low-energy, that his golf scores are low, that he's racist, xenophobic, sexist, that he's a "Russian asset", and that he pooped in his pants and was going to start WW3.
Those idiots that believe those things know absolutely nothing about Trump, except for the fact that they hate him. But **** them, let them stew in their own ignorance.
Let's examine your list:
1). Sleepy........who ******* cares, this is made up bullshit anyway.
2). Unintelligent....Well he is clearly NOT above average in intelligence, like a Lawyer or a Doctor or an Engineer, but he probably has average intelligence as demonstrated by Person, Man, Woman, Camera and TV.
3). Lazy.....Does he exercise, does he go for walks, does he do chores......Yea, I'd say he's on the left side of the Lazy scale.
4). Unpatriotic.....He love America but he LOVES himself more. It's always Donald before Anything else. So it is truly hard to judge his overall Patriotism.
5). Fat.....If he was 6'3 and weighed 215, I'd say No,<<< that's NOT Fat. If 6'2 and weigh 245 and I'm fat, well at least very pudgy. So I'd say he is definitely Overweight, like most Americans.
6). Golf Scores, I play golf, I know how hard it is to shot under 80. Trumps claims to be a 2-handicap. That is simply NOT true. A single digit handicap Golfer is very good. Yes, he LIES and Cheats while playing Golf.......This is obvious.
Overall, the GOLF LIES are his biggest LIES.
