This Russiaphobia has to end and getting bases out of Europe is important to it.
Face it. Russia cannot even digest a non-NATO state of Ukraine. Yes it can nibble a bit of Donbas (ethnic Russian)
and annex Crimea (even more ethnic Russian) but Ukraine's JAVELIN stopped Russia's armor dead in its tracks

And while drone warfare is an integral part of the Ukr war, you can't just use an air force to conquer territory.
Russia has more manpower then Ukraine, and wins that war of attrition, but it IMPOSSIBLE for it to move on any NATO state.

And if they take Moldova -does anyone really care?

the Javelins Trump gave them in his 1st term stopped Russian armor from overrunning the entire country ..Obama refused military aid for Ukraine when Russia took Crimea ..

At a time when folks are looking for an end to this ridiculous Ukraine/Russian conflict & Germany is shaking in their boots while begging for U.S. protection. It may be beneficial for Germany to remember that the last time Russia was invaded it was good ole Germany under the control a demonic infested dictator THAT THE GERMANS THEMSELVES V-O-T-E-D INTO OFFICE that indeed invaded Russia, not the other way around. Where we have a possible chance @ this time to @ least broker/reach a possible cessation of hostilities I would think folks would be doing everything in their power to see it through. I would much prefer that both Pres. Trump & pres. Putin broker conditions that will lead to peace/prosperity for ALL involved than to continue on with the death & carnage.

Finally the endless/perpetual war people are moving off the stage and Trump can broker a cease fire and maybe even and end.. I've seen MacGregor interviewed. He's solid on geopolitics. Tulsi Gabbard speaks to the useless entanglement of the USA in land wars, and regime change like Libya that left a failed terrorist ridden state after Qadaffi was taken out by French/US drone and was butchered by the Islamists (2011)

As far as I can see the next German government will decide to limit the military costs to 1% of the GDP. What you and specially what your leading idiot Trump is saying is totally stupid because 5% - as he said - of the GDP would mean to bind about 40% of the German household only for militarry costs - what's absurd in times of peace and what was always totally counterproductive in the very long German history.
