The problem for American workers is that so many of the issues the workers are facing are the result of this kind of thinking. If it's not illegal, it's OK.

"Wage theft" by employers is the biggest crime in America. People not getting paid for the work they did, in good faith. And it's not even illegal. If YOU steal from employer, you will be arrested. If your employer steals from you, it's not even against the law.

Always remember that what the NAZI's did to the Jews, and others in the concentration camps, was also completely legal. They passed laws legalizing the "final solution". You can legalize anything, but it doesn't make it moral or right.

What about intent of the law? These are people here legally with work visas. As far as pay, does anyone actually know what their salary is? Being they are here on legal work visas, I assuming he would have to pay them at least minimum wage.
