Explain in detail what Lemon did to get arrested, instead of having another one of your "code brown" moments running down your leg, assface.
Here ya go FAGAt.

It figures MAGA morons celebrate the arrest of a journalist. Since when do these idiots give a damn about the first amendment or the Constitution. So long as they can get their “penis hard,” that is all that matters. No wonder this nation is going down the authoritarian tubes.
The people in the church have rights to, such as freedom of religion. These morons intruded in a strate3d attempt to deny them this right.

Why are they claimi9ngf only the intruders have a 1st amendment right but not those attending the church service?

Shows quite the lack of intelligence on the part of the intruders claiming that they have rights bot the other do not.

Says an awful lot about the left.

/—-/ From two libtard sources:
Don Lemon faces federal charges for conspiracy to deprive rights and violating the FACE Act, related to his involvement in an anti-ICE protest that disrupted a church service in Minnesota. He has stated he will fight these charges in court, asserting his actions were part of his journalistic duties.

A Grand Jury indicted.

What is Lemon's defense to the indictment?

You can get a grand jury to indict a ham sandwich.

When it gets in front of a court with real lawyers, reading real case law, um... not going to go well.

Trump thinks he can bully Lemon into accepting a lesser plea, but frankly, at this point in Lemon's career, this could be the best thing that could happen to him. He probably WANTS this in front of a MN jury.

/—-/ Don’t be so cocky. People praying in silent near an abortion mill were charged with the FACE law and sent to prison for 11 years.

Lemon should definitely continue to commit crimes.

Uh, yeah, because Juries find that kind of behavior to be pretty obnoxious.

A racist church with an ICE Nazi as a pastor isn't going to get the same sympathy.

Do you have any evidence that that was a racist church or are you just blowing shit through your nose.

15th post
The Grand Jury did come back with an indictment on Thursday, and he was arrested, charged and booked on Friday.
Don Lemon was released on personal recognizance after posting bond.

And you can rest assured that a lot of people will do their best to pretend they are Perry Mason until it actually goes to trial, and then half of them will ***** about how that all turns out. :auiqs.jpg:

Don Lemon's Perilous Logic:
The Oswald Analogy That Exposes His Culpability.

Lemon livestreamed the event, positioning himself within the disruption as it unfolded.
Federal authorities subsequently arrested Lemon and three others, charging them with conspiracy against rights under 18 U.S.C. § 241 and interference with the free exercise of religion. Lemon maintains that his presence was purely journalistic and protected by press freedoms.
This defense, however, rests on the flawed assumption that journalistic intent shields one from liability when possessing foreknowledge of an impending felony and choosing to document it rather than prevent or report it.
Apply Lemon's logic retroactively.
Had he been a journalist in 1963, he might claim no wrongdoing in stationing himself beside Lee Harvey Oswald in the Texas School Book Depository, camera poised, awaiting President Kennedy's motorcade to broadcast the assassination live. Under this view, press credentials would exempt him from misprision of a felony (18 U.S.C. § 4), which is the crime of knowing of a felony and failing to disclose it promptly.
The analogy is exacting.
'Misprision' demands only advance knowledge and nondisclosure; participation or aid heightens guilt. Reports describe the church disruption as coordinated, with Lemon entering alongside the protesters to capture the planned interference. By prioritizing footage over alerting authorities, he crossed from observation into complicity.
No statutory exemption exists for journalists under either misprision or conspiracy statutes.
Ignorance of the law offers no defense - a principle enshrined in Anglo-American jurisprudence (ignorantia juris non excusat). Lemon's actions betray not neutral reporting, but alignment with a foreseeable violation of worshipers' rights, mirroring the hypothetical sentinel for an assassin cloaked in media privilege.
Accountability must transcend status.
The Oswald parallel illuminates the peril inherent in Lemon's rationale - no press pass absolves one from responsibility with foreknowledge of harm. He is guilty, and the law brooks no exception for those who favor the spectacle over duty.

Commentary:
Lemon clearly said he knew what they were doing and was keeping it secret on the livestream so no one could alert the church to allow them to lock the doors and secure their members. The Left and the Democrats are lying their behinds off claiming Lemon was charged "because Trump doesn't like his news coverage."
Using the term “logic” with any Leftist is, well, illogical.
I will never forget my freshman college Logic Class. It was very straightforward, and, yes, very logical.
A few years later we began to see the college insanity of Logic In Gender Studies,
Logic In Black Studies and Logic In [FILL-IN-THE-BLANK] Studies
