Sue, reporters and the press/media are protected under the 1st....even if they have bias, like reporters on Fox and the old MSNBC or Don Lemon or a Tucker Carlson, a Bill OReily, or even Limbaugh depending on the coverage reporting on....

I think it is awful that this church and parishioners were disrupted from their worship by these protesters! To me, law or not, that is just plain wrong.

But lemon and the other reporter were simply covering the event, from the videos that I saw. They were not a part of the protesters but covering the protester...

if the govt has something more that differs with the video we have seen and heard, they need to bring it forward....
