He needed to use better judgement and he knows this, which is why he stated that people should go after the organizers of the event as he claimed he had no idea they were going to protest inside a church.

So he knew beforehand they were going to protest in the Church...

Protesting in a Church, a public building, is not a crime.

When the protestors were asked to leave and didn't, then and only then it becomes a crime...

I believe in free speech. I dont think he should go to prison. However, he should pay a fine and an apology. There were kids there who had to deal with these fools.

Again, Don Lemon wasn't protesting and was not asked to leave... He left when the protestors left... The leader of the church was even interviewed by Don and he didn't say for him personally to leave.
