Not surprising. A bunch of domestic terrorists masquerading as christians gang up on innocent people and someone is bound to fight back.
Same as the reaction to Westboro crap.
Americans believe in equality and the country's founding principles.
You are ******* liar....it is as simple as that...as are all of your lefty co posters here on U.S. message board....you all know that the businesses in question in these law suits...some had gay employees, they all served gays as customers, often and on numerous occasions.....and had no problem with gays.....
they just didn't want to make a wedding cake, or flowers for a gay wedding or take photos for a gay wedding....everything else they did and would continue to do...the bakery made baked goods for their gay customers all the time...with no problem...for all occasions and at least one of the shops, the baker or the florist had gay employees.....
They did not discriminate against gays...at all...ever.....and in practicing their religious freedom, they could not participate in a gay wedding.....so they couldn't make one type of cake, or take photos of the wedding or make flowers for the wedding....but everything else they did and they did all the time.....
And on top of that.....any other bakery could have made that one cake....for that one event........and what did the gays do....
They decided that even though they had been served, with respect and consideration, as all other customers were...and they were served regardless of their sexual orientation...all the time.....that because they could not be given one type of cake....
They are going to burn that bakers life to the ground and salt the earth...........over one type of cake.....that's it.....no discrimination, no hate, no problem with gays......
And for that the baker will lose everything....even though they have freedom of religion.....
so you guys are ******* liars spreading a lie about what this is about.....
And here is the pizza parlor...another business that serves gays all the time...happily....and your minions in the media have to destroy them to....because their can be no dissent in the Borg Collective....not one little bit...no matter how small or trivial...
you and your kind are vile and disgusting.......you are the bigots, and the racists......
Story that Memories Pizza Vowed to Reject Gay Weddings Was Fabricated Out of Nothing PJ Tatler
ABC-57 reporter Alyssa Marino’s editor sends her on a half-hour drive southwest of their South Bend studio, to the small town of Walkerton (Pop. ~2,300). According to Alyssa’s own account on Twitter, she “just walked into their shop [Memories Pizza] and asked how they feel” about Indiana’s new Religious Freedom Restoration Act.
Owner Crystal O’Connor says she’s in favor of it, noting that while anyone can eat in her family restaurant, if the business were asked to cater a gay wedding, they would not do it. It conflicts with their biblical beliefs. Alyssa’s tweet mentions that the O’Connors have “never been asked to cater a same-sex wedding.”
What we have here is — as we called in journalism school jargon — “no story.” Nothing happened. Nothing was about to happen.
If I were forced to mark out a story line, it would be this: A nice lady in a small town tries to be helpful and polite to a lovely young reporter from “the big city.”
In other words, Memories Pizza didn’t blast out a news release. They didn’t contact the media, nor make a stink on Twitter or Facebook. They didn’t even post a sign in the window rejecting gay-wedding catering jobs. They merely answered questions from a novice reporter who strolled into their restaurant one day – who was sent on a mission by an irresponsible news organization.
