The People of the United States, via the DOJ, seeks to recover the $2.6 billion in federal funds Harvard received while in violation of Title VI. Among the charges:

- Harvard selectively enforced its own campus rules by allowing the assaults and harassment of Jewish students to continue by students, faculty, and visitors.

- Harvard ignored its own Committee to Combat Antisemitism’s findings that Israeli and pro-Israel students were excluded from social spaces and extracurricular activities

- Harvard failed to meaningfully discipline the mobs of students who occupied buildings and terrorized Jewish students

Today, the Justice Department’s Civil Rights Division filed a lawsuit against Harvard University for race and national origin discrimination against Jewish and Israeli students, in violation of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.

Let's get real, I'm old enough to remember when college students protested the Vietnam War. Turns out they weren't anti-American, they were right.

The real problem is that because the Zionist Lobby controls our politics, we've become accessories to genocide.

But let's listen to some Jewish students whine because they had to walk around the Palestinian protestors
