It’s in the constitution. People can’t be denied life, liberty or property without due process

If the doctor advises that a judge "red flag" someone, and then that someone shoots the Dr or the judge because they are ******* crazy, that is a bad outcome. Due process is not required for crazy people, just a Dr and a judge should be able to "red flag" a mental or tranny patient.

This may sound racist, but I don't give a rat's ass. Blacks, a 13% minority who are after all responsible for more than half the murders in the country, should not be allowed to own or carry guns.

As long as they only shoot each other it's not so bad because nobody really gives a rat's ass; sort of a self-culling, but when they kill children or those outside their shitholes, then it becomes a problem.
