But that dogs are actually /DRIVEN/ by love, approval and affection, and that dogs actually prefer/need love and approval from their owners more than food itself.
If it falls on the floor, let's face it, you're not going to eat it, and if it falls on the floor, it must have been people food, so, like ambrosia to a dog. To a dog, getting people food is like the highest accomplishment one can hope for. THey will eat it even if they don't really like it because it was after all, people food. If it is good enough for people, it has GOT to be OK for a dog.
