Every once in awhile I will click into this forum just to relax. I miss my boy since he passed. I have his urn with his ashes, he was always there for me and vice versa.
If any of you have a dog or any pet really, cherish the moments because it seems fleeting.
Interesting. The dogs chose one good meal guaranteed in the present even though it meant sacrificing the source of all their future meals. Not too bright.
A buddy of mine had a house full of electronics and got robbed right before I met him (no connection) because the thief threw his doberman guard dog a steak.
He eventually moved to a new, remote location, gave out his new address to only close, trusted associates, got a second doberman, and trained them to ignore food, ignore pain and to die defending his home at all costs.
