Got news for the Chump in Chief.......................TRUMP was president when Maria hit Puerto Rico in 2017, not Biden.

And, all Trump did when he visited was throw paper towels like they were prizes.

This is to restore power post-Maria. This is practically an entire replacement of their ancient grid that crapped out without a storm, and keep in mind that the planned repatriation of PR’s once lucrative pharmaceutical business.

Now…where did Puerto Ricans flee to after Maria – where many remain today? Florida. Why announce these things today? Florida, and Nov 3rd.

The fact is PR has been a shithole for decades. Their infrastructure is shit, especially their power grid. Everything has been held together with bubblegum, duct tape and bailing wire. Their government has been on the brink of bankruptcy for almost as long. The multiple hurricanes that have struck the islands over that period have had a cumulative effect. You'll note that the US VI haven't had the same problems because they aren't as corrupt..
