Does winning an election override the Constitution?

That's the way trump wants to do it. Get rid of all judges that don't rule the way he wants. That's a dictator.
Judges, press, government workers, departments, generals, anyone who can at least try to hold him accountable.

That's the way it has always worked. That template was set a LONG time ago.

No. Every president wins an election. That does not give them the right to pick and choose what laws they want to follow or just ignore ones they don't like.

Even if he had really won in this "landslide" these tRumpling idiots are always talking about he still could not do that legally.
Well it shouldn’t but the evidence is clear that xiden did just that. He deicded not to enforce immigration laws leading to an invasion the trump is cleaning up

Ultimately a president or party is held accountable by the people in a democracy

Hence why xiden and the dems lost so bigly in 2020 and Trump was elected to end the invasion caused by their failure to enforce federal law and welcome and invasion.

The Electorate; We, The People have VOTED for this Executive in overwhelming numbers across all demographics to RID this country of all the ILLEGAL ALIENS the last administration PURPOSELY let INVADE our sovereign nation.
You fucking assholes FEEL that you can use the "judicial branch" to thwart the will of The People.
MARXISM 101.
Federal district judged DO NOT supersede the Executive, PERIOD.
Try reading the Constitution of the United States of America....

Hey, Einstein.

Both Trump's margin of victory and percentage of electoral votes won were below historical averages. So you'll have to (try to) fall back to "yeah, but he won all the swing states", which means absolutely nothing electorally or mathematically.

You're a rube. A mark. A Dunning-Kruger subject. You bore me.

He WON, asshole. No amount of your twisting into a pretzel can change that.
Your federal district judges DO NOT run the Executive Branch that
We VOTED for,
PERIOD.

Laugh all you want, scumbag. Using the judicial system to thwart the WILL OF THE PEOPLE is a COMMUNIST tactic, and the ANTITHESIS of "our democracy".
Can't wait to see what kind of mechanism you IDIOTS feel these mighty judges have to enforce their whims, HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHhahahahahahahahahahahaaaaaaaaaaa.
GFY.
:dev3:

You're an idiot, but thanks for trying..
If you can't see that the SC is charged with interpreting the constitution. I can't help you.
  • ArtIII.S1.4 Inherent Powers of Federal Courts
Nice try, but none of that says "The Supreme Court shall be the sole interpretter of the Constitution." If it did, you would have posted that quote.

You are caught up in an assumption that many people make when the USSC happens to agree with them.

I won't be a jerk and call you an idiot, you are just woefully uninformed about your own argument.

The constitution clearly gives "a President of the United States" the responsibility to interpret his or her own constitutional role. Nowhere in Article II does it say, "so long as the Surpreme Court discussed below approves of executive actions."

Yes it is. Trump is different. He is the first president to ignore our laws to such an extent. 37 felony convictions? What other president was such a crook? Give examples.
I don't like Trump but you know those convictions where bullshit you just being a hypocritical partisan hack. Biden ignored the Supreme Court and as always you loons answer is it's different because Trump and that's you entire argument. You idiot's are worse than toddlers.
