Yup! The rhetoric of GOP leaders after the 2014 elections was to "prove" to the American people that Republicans could "govern". So far it has been one miserable failure after another in the House culminating in the shutdown of the DHS.

That is not governing. That is throwing a hissyfit because you can't get your own way. The Gang of 50 are out of control and are doing a lot of harm to the GOP image. If they continue in this manner, and I see not reason for them to change, they will be handing the Dems a huge victory in 2016.
