Does society have a natural means of weeding out defectives?

I think one of the good things about defectives is that they tend to not naturally reproduce (except through non-consensual means), and get evolutionarily weeded out.

If we look at incels, pedophiles, and people who regularly post on 4chan, for example, they tend to naturally not reproduce, but their existence nevertheless makes day-to-day life less tolerable and more ugly for people of superior qualities (such as myself). So I wouldn't totally be against expediting their impending extinction.

There are plenty of "defectives" able to produce:
I consider the following as defectives: Dealers and manufacturers of illegal drugs, thieves, rapists, murderers, abusive parents, parents that refuse to discipline their children, no matter how bad they are, and on and on it goes.

Some things you forgot to mention are the younger Climate Change and other extremist liberal nuts who refuse to have children. That naturally weeds out defective genes also.
