I think that it has however, I think that this was a case of murder. One shot was considered manslaughter, two shots murder. Btw, after reading the comments it looks like her parole was denied.

Does Murder Have to Have Intent Along With It?
No, it can be involuntary manslaughter. But I think the term 'Murder' has a certain implication of INTENT that comes along with it.
More like, depends if you the target is the color orange or if you are the CEO of a health care insurance company or if they have not been born yet.Depends how the law is written.

It could be you are just doing society a favor.
So true, sometimes it's called "suicided".It depends on who committed the crime...
Kyle went to court, right? What was the court's decision on that case? There is no "supposedly".Great point. Kyle Rittenhouse supposedly didn't murder the people he killed. But then a guy murdered a BLM protester in Texas and after being convicted of MURDER, the Texas Republican governor pardoned the murderer.
Not guilty.Kyle went to court, right? What was the court's decision on that case? There is no "supposedly".
Personally, I don't think that any politician should have the power to get involved and pardon/commute any sentence that has alreadyNot guilty.
What was the courts decision on that other guy I was mentioning? They found him guilty of murder. So why would a Republican governor get involved? Other than because it's okay for a white man to shoot a black man. Or in this case, a white man who's at a BLM protest.
“Homicide” includes murder. So too, it includes manslaughter. No, it can be involuntary manslaughter. But I think the term 'Murder' has a certain implication of INTENT that comes along with it.

been decided by the courts. Look what Biden did, it all sucks. It's not often where you and I have common ground. Cheers
No questionable pardons by Potato?Trump issued a total of 144 pardons during his first four years in office
Biden 8064
I see a lot of questionable pardons that Trump gave. Seemed very shady. Like Kwami Kilpatrick. Why? Why give him a pardon?
Biden is commuting the sentences of close to 1,500 individuals who were placed on home confinement during the COVID-19 pandemic and who have successfully reintegrated into their families and communities. He is also pardoning 39 individuals who were convicted of non-violent crimes. These actions represent the largest single-day grant of clemency in modern history.
I don't think any of these people are politically connected like Kwami. I think Biden did the right thing here.
The President is intent on granting clemency to individuals convicted of non-violent crimes who were sentenced under outdated laws, policies, and practices that left them with longer sentences than if the individuals were sentenced today.
Murder in Texas means:I think that it has however, I think that this was a case of murder. One shot was considered manslaughter, two shots murder. Btw, after reading the comments it looks like her parole was denied.
I don’t know. I’m sure some political motivated. But I can show you trumps shady pardons. Can you show me Biden’s?No questionable pardons by Potato?
Yeah. You’re objective.![]()
It does seem with democrats in control that all laws are outdated.Trump issued a total of 144 pardons during his first four years in office
