Not much info on this but it looks like the Dodgers owner Walter is backing Andretti Racing for a Formula 1 expansion team. Not sure what car it will be, but I speculate it will be Alfa Romeo. If this pans out, I expect Colton Herta to be the driver from Andretti's Indy team.
"We're working every day [to earn clearance for an expansion team]," Andretti told the Indianapolis Star. "I'm still confident. We're getting close. We haven't gotten the 'OK' yet, but we're getting really close ... We're hoping [to find out] in the next couple weeks. That would sure be a nice Christmas present."

Dodgers owners appear to be partnering with Andretti to buy F1 expansion team, and it might be closer to happening than most realize
Michael Andretti has been less vocal in recent months about his hopes of joining F1. That might actually be a good sign that it is going to happen.
