Any Amazon troubles the hubby and I have had, were taken care of by Amazon, fairly quickly.

That's what I've heard, but for some reason, they're not interested over a £20 bit of plastic.

We make certain we only buy Amazon stocked items, and NOT items sold by individual sellers on Amazon. I think Amazon likely puts the onus on the individual seller on Amazon for delivery...

It still benefits to report your issues to Amazon about the Seller. It flags them as poor service or something, and three strikes they are out kind of thing...

I live in the country and use Amazon to shop, the only problem I have is with Fed-X, they suck.

Nopes, but never had an interest.

Never shopped at walmarx either. But I have used their toilets when driving thru a small town.
