What percentage of the 1.5 billion muslims world wide fall into this catagory...

Depends on the country the Muslim is in. Pakistan, Afghanistan, Somolia, Yemen, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Libya, Algeria, the Sudan probably have higher percentages of Islamist then ones in the West. In Western Europe I would say 20% are full on Islamist, 40% are moderates acting who side with the Islamists, 30% are secular moderates and 10% are non-religious utlra-leftists!

American Muslims are different. Both because of size and America is just a better place to live and raise a family.

And Why wouldn't I trust muslims? I know a few muslims and all the ones I know are actually good people and are more of the Progressive muslims not like the middle ages crazy jihad muslims.

The difference is this. You ask a so called Moderate Muslim, like the 9/11 Mosque Iman, if Hamas, Hezbollah, Al Qaeda or the Taliban are terrorist organizations and they will give a you scripted answer like "I'm not a politician, that is for politicians to decide!" In other words the so called moderates don't go off killing or beating people, but they side with the ones doing this as fellow Muslims.

You ask a Christian if the Westboro Protesters are nutjobs and scumbag assholes. And the Christian will say they are ******* insane asshole pieces of shit worthy of universal hatred! The Christian won't side with them as fellow Christians!

I trust some individual Muslim and Arabs I know. But as a whole, I don't trust them. I see what is happening across Europe and think it would be a shame if that give of disregard was brought to the States.

The majority of Muslims don't support Islamic extremism, but are certainly indifferent to it, the rest are extremists save the Secular Muslims that are against Islamic extremism (and support Israel's right to exist but want a secular Israel alongside a secular Palestine) and are being persecuted/killed in Islamic nations because they want to introduce western values to the middle east. Liberals don't see this reality, and just want to hate Jews and western society with the same xenophobia and hatred they have had since Marx's time (Marx being an rampant anti-Semite).
