It's pretty simple. You talk about the debt and deficit and you really don't see what actually causes it. Both sides aren't the problem. Our society is the problem. We are in this debt because our our own self inflicted damage. Not government spending.

Spending on social programs is actually a benefit to economic growth when you really think about it seriously.

You see, this is the problem with people who try dismissing racism as if it's just a slur or something that happened 100 years ago. When people are not paid equally for doing the same work based on race, it impairs ecomoinc growth. Also when one group is historically double the unemploymemt as another group regardess of how low unemploymemt is, you create people who are on public assistance who are taking government money or in programs using government money, instead of taxpayers who are contributing revenue.

Then you have to consider the huge amount of unecessary handouts to bilion dolar corporations sitting on record profits, which could be provided on a short term basis to entrepreneurs in non white communities to create jobs until they are up and moving. This would increase economic growth.
