If they are trafficking in guns to criminals then no……but it doesn't take licensing gun owners, registering guns or universal background checks to catch a bad gun seller. You use the same police work as any other crime….you get a snitch and then send in undercover police…..and you don't bother the law abiding….

You guys only want to attack normal gun owners…the criminals….you could care less about.

And notice…..how did they get those guns………I told you so…..they went in with someone who could pass current, federally mandated background checks and had them buy the gun for them….../

If they passed background checks, what exactly is the gun store supposed to do? considering that the criminals in question are more than likely minorities....considering this is Chicago we are talking about......if they deny a gun purchase to someone who actually passes the background check, do you want to get them for discrimating against a minority too?
