Well to me this issue's solution has always been use the restroom designated for those with your type of plumbing. Wanna dress like a woman but you've got a dick, mens room for you. So if I'm standing at a wall urinal doing my business and some guy, dressed as a babe, walks up next to me, hikes up his dress, and pulls his dick out I got no problem with it. That the guy wants to walk around looking like a woman is his problem.
