A person doesn't invest money into a business to enrich everyone equally. No one EVER HAS, NO ONE EVER WILL. Not everyone does an equal amount of work either, and different forms of work and productivity can not be compared. The time and effort of a logistics manager can not be compared to a low skill laborer, nor would it be remotely fair to the professional who organizes the acquisition and allocation of resources to be paid even close to what someone who scrubs toilets is worth.
These are real world facts leftists can not fathom, because they lack critical thinking skills and are promoting policies and agendas that have failed every time and place they have been tried. If there was anything remotely true about the nonsensical jabbering of marxist zealots, the USSR would have liberated us in 1990 as opposed to shitting all over itself in death and ending up with just another tyrannical despot that remains in Moscow.
It is unfathomable how people cling to this inane dogma, but we absolutely must remove them from our nation and ensure they wield absolutely no power or influence in the politics and governance of the USA. They have been nothing but a cancer all over the world and have metastasized into such an immense tumor within this country that the surgery will have to be performed with a meat cleaver until the remaining bits can be carefully extracted and disposed of.

In the pursuit of profits, capitalists hate the fact that they need other human beings to produce what they sell, even to the point of needing workers to purchase their products. So the dependence is mostly on the side of the capitalist parasites who in their pursuit of money and power exploit workers and impose their absolute authority over them. The reality is that the working class doesn't need capitalists, they can very easily organize worker cooperatives and produce everything they consume, provided the banks are in the hands of the people (nationalized). The SBA (i.e. Small Business Administration), doesn't loan money to entrepreneurs who want to start worker-owned cooperatives, because capitalists are horrified by the prospect of competing against them for market share. Worker cooperatives are very competitive and robust, able to operate long-term, even indefinitely without turning a profit. When a cooperative is profitable (has a surplus), that extra money is often re-invested into the company, giving it a considerable edge.
Socialism is the future, due to the fact that technology will eventually necessitate the socialization and democratizing of production. As technology advances it further automates production, reducing the need for human labor, thereby shrinking and eventually eliminating markets.

In order for communism to exist, technology must be very advanced, providing consumers with the ability to easily produce everything they consume. Socialism is the process that leads to communism.
