Saw the Spiral Staircase in a Fairbanks disco bar and dance club in Fairbanks, Alaska, of all places in the late 1970s.

About the last place you would expect to find a discotheque. LOL

For a town of 30 thousand and an army base of about 4 thousand, Fairbanks had an amazing downtown night life.

I bet, I was in OKC at the time...They had a large selection of night life, and hookers were only 20 bucks.
