In a way that reaction should be secondary .
Believing in what is now a fact is hardly shattering news .
But the way that this fact has had to be introduced is shattering .
Or , on a wider population basis - the way that it will be introduced ( present and future tense ) is strange and unacceptable .

The point is that this news has been available for around eighty years for some close knit and dishonest groups , because they have combined to control life changing technologies, but only for their own use and for them to then use to try and control everybody else and restrict access to these amazing and revolitionary technologies.
