My MRI does show only a small 3 mm disc hernia

I am seeing a Surgeon next week- do you think he would consider me getting a Discectomy

Anyone here with an ounce of healthcare experience knows enough to know that we know nothing about your particular back condition, your medical history, your current vital signs or blood work, the details of this procedure, etc. And that it would be stupid to offer advice.

I’m baffled as to why you’re asking for medical advice on this message board.
