Difference between European and Anglo sphere liberals on race

European liberals say 'race does not exist at all in humans' and even the word race/rasse is politically incorrect only 'cultures' or 'ethnicities' exist
American (and similar anglo countries) liberals say race exists but is a social construct and they count race for identity politics, DEI etc

Scientifically there are three genetic races that can be identified by DNA.
But, politically and socially there are many different ethnicities.
For instance Latino is an ethnicity, not a race.
A Latino can be Black, White, or Asian, or a mixture.
