A Swedish member of one of the firearm boards I'm on was headed to the range but ended up hitting an Elk on the way there..........
He apparently suffered 5 cracked ribs, a fractured sternum and a couple of facial fractures. Looking at the car it's surprising he survived. He stated the elk in Sweden are as big as Moose here on the North American continent.
