It's a continuation of WW2, which is a war between Democracy and Totalitarianism. The Cold War and all conflicts since 1945 have been between the rule of the people or by a small group of elitists. Surrogate nations and cultural and political groups around the globe have been used to fight this war. It is a war not only of traditional military means but also of clandestine means. And the use of propaganda to change the minds of the general population to mistrust their own government and way of life. And sabotage of industry by infiltrators and those citizens who have been duped to beleive anti- freedom propaganda.

This age-old battle is between those who would protect the interests of the masses (conservatives, Republicans) versus the few elitists who seek to enrich and empower the very few at the expense of the masses (leftwingers/Communists/Democrats).

It's good vs. evil. All the time. The evil actively tries to spread itself; the good passively sits back and watches it happen.

Finally, with Trump's it's different. Now, the good are not only fighting back, but for the first time, are actively and aggressively seeking to spread the good. It's the Marxist left that's back on their heels. Unfamiliar territory for both sides. And this is what energizes the conservative base. It's why DJT has the backing of 85% of Republicans. We are on the winning side on a regular basis now instead of watching people like McCain, Boehner, and Ryan who talked big but went right along with the left when it counted. We won't really know it if is WWIII until we see if Iran has more missiles and drones that will outlast the interceptors and countermeasures that the US and Israel have. If they do have more. . . it is a good bet Israel will use its nukes to stop Iran's launches.

I'm not a big believer that the oligarchs who run the various nations are at cross purposes anymore.

Most of the surface level conflict, IMO, is purposely manufactured so the global leaders can create a one world "government."
Though TBH, I don't think they all agree anymore on the best way to do that.

Some of them want to have a global regime via government technocratic bureaucracy, aka, the UN.

Others in this global oligarch group believe the best way is by a global technocratic syndicate. aka, WEF and other private/public partnerships.



We were headed toward a globalist bureaucracy with the scamdemic, but as a lot of folks realized soon enough what was going on and blew the whistle to wake up the rest of the world, the global oligarchs have now shifted gears to try the syndicate routs. And they have accelerated the program to give people less time to resist and really think about what the hell is going on.

In short, the new global war is the various state establishments against their own everyday people, regardless of if those folks are, "on the left," or "on the right."

IMO, Iran or any other country will not "actively" use nuclear weapons against another nuclear weapons possessing nation.
Nukes are simply an "insurance" since 1949, to "prevent" a nuclear war amongst nuclear wielding nations.

Iran and other anti-Zionist entities, are however convinced, that only nuclear potential can stop the Zionists from "reenacting" the vision of greater Israel (which factually never existed). Since it would force Israel to negotiate on even terms with it's neighbors.

The USA has never used it's nukes to enforce it's "will" onto any nation after their strike in 1945, due to general annihilation.

Any war the USA has engaged in directly since 1945, was ALWAYS against militarily inferior states - thus utilizing their superior conventional force.

A World War 3, will be replaced by a "Global economic confrontation/meltdown" - something that e.g. China has prepared for since 1980. That does not exclude making use, or developing "new weapons" that will make nukes obsolete.
